Founder | Community Builder | Programme Specialist
I’m a mum of two, the founder of Honeybunch Community CIC and the director of Denita Danielle Ltd, the umbrella for What’s On for Mums, and the upcoming Women in Business Networking Community.
I started these initiatives to create safe, inclusive spaces where families, mums, and women in business can connect, learn, and thrive — sharing both wins and struggles as we grow together

After my first child, I experienced something many women quietly go through — deep isolation. I barely left the house except for essential outings, my confidence was shaken, and I no longer recognised myself.
When my second baby arrived, I knew I wanted something different: connection, support and a community that actually met mums where they were. So I started small — launching “Sip & Stroll,” a local walk for mums, and created a WhatsApp group so we could stay in touch, share support and genuinely connect with each other.
Those small beginnings grew into something bigger: Honeybunch Community CIC — a space where mums can find connection, support, purpose and community both in person and online.
As the need grew, so did the organisation:
• I formalised the structure and registered it as a CIC
• Strategically recruited two additional directors to strengthen leadership and governance
• Built a volunteer network to support delivery
• Secured National Lottery funding for structured programmes
• Developed significant partnerships with local authorities and community stakeholders
What started as a simple walk became a sustainable organisation with measurable impact — and that experience taught me something important: impactful community work needs strong foundations and intentional design.

Launching and growing these initiatives has been messy, real, and incredibly rewarding. Some days it’s celebrating our first website launch, first networking connection, or first event. Other days it’s juggling tech issues, school runs, planning, and community management.
I share both wins and learning moments because I want others — mums, women in business, and families — to know: it’s okay not to have it all figured out. Building something meaningful is a journey we can take together.

If you’re a founder or organisation who wants to:
• Structure your CIC or business properly
• Avoid costly mistakes and repeated amendments
• Design programmes that deliver real outcomes
• Strengthen funding applications
• Build community or partnerships effectively
…I can help you do it with clarity and confidence.
This is strategic support grounded in experience — not guesswork
I don’t offer advice in abstract.
I offer lived experience + strategic execution.
I’ve:
✔ Taken an idea from a small walk to a funded CIC
✔ Worked with directors, volunteers and partners
✔ Designed programmes that meet community needs
✔ Built events, platforms and collaborations
✔ Balanced family, career and enterprise with intentionality
That means when you work with me, you’re not just getting theory — you’re getting someone who has built, scaled, structured and led through real complexity.

Whether you’re launching something new or strengthening what you already have, I’d love to hear where you’re at and where you want to go.
