- We provide guidance in CIC setup, governance, funding, programme design, and women-in-business initiatives.
- All advice is informational and strategic only.
- We do not provide legal, accounting, or financial advice.
- Clients remain fully responsible for compliance, registration, insurance, safeguarding, and financial obligations.
2. Liability & No Guarantee
- Denita Danielle Ltd cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of advice, services, or programmes.
- We do not guarantee outcomes, including funding approvals, programme success, or business results.
- All engagement is at the client’s own risk.
3. Insurance & Safeguarding
- Clients or partner organisations must maintain appropriate insurance and comply with safeguarding and DBS requirements where applicable.
- We are not liable for any incidents resulting from non-compliance.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Fees, deposits, or retainers must be paid as agreed.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Custom packages are subject to individual agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and branding on the website or provided during services remain the property of Denita Danielle Ltd.
- Clients may use materials for agreed purposes only.
6. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Denita Danielle Ltd against claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of services, content, or advice.
7. Privacy & GDPR Compliance
- Personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
- Clients consent to data use for service delivery, communications, and marketing.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by England and Wales law.
- Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
